Megan Naccari
Owner / Esthetician
Megan is the owner/esthetician of Saintly Skin. Megan is a native of New Orleans and a graduate of Ridgewood Prep in Metairie. She also received her license in aesthetics from John Jay in Kenner, Louisiana. She has made a name for herself in the New Orleans beauty industry due to her exceptional skills, talent, and practical approach to Aesthetics. Megan specializes in making women look and feel their best through her extensive aesthetic knowledge and professional beauty eye. Megan can relate to anyone because Saintly Skin has a diverse clientele. Megan prides herself in being polite and professional and providing her clients with a friend to talk to, a shoulder to lean on, and the guarantee that after they leave, they will feel more beautiful than when they came in!
Brittani Naccari Farrell
APRN, FNP-C
Brittani Naccari Farrell works at Saintly Skin as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She began her education at LSU Health Science Center, receiving her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree in 2012. She received the Florence Nightingale Rookie of the Year Award for the State of Louisiana after completing her first year as an RN. While working on a Cardiology unit, she later attended the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, where she earned her Master of Science degree in Nursing in Family Practice, graduating with honors in 2016. Brittani is a Louisiana-licensed, board-certified family nurse practitioner. She then obtained Esthetics Certifications in botox/xeomin/disport, injectable fillers, threading, and thread lifting procedures. She has worked as a registered nurse for eight years and as a Family Nurse Practitioner for four years in Metairie, Louisiana. She loves esthetics and primary care because they focus on health and prevention. Brittani is a member of Sigma Theta Tau, the International Honor Society of Nursing, and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Sharee Encalade Marconi
MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Sharee Encalade Marconi works at Saintly Skin as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She began her studies at Louisiana Tech University, graduating in 2012 with an Associate of Science in Nursing. She went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the LSU Health Science Center. She then decided she wanted to do more, and in 2018, she earned her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. In Louisiana, Sharee is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. She later received certification in botox/xeomin/disport, injectable fillers, and microneedling. She has six years of registered nursing experience and four years of experience as a family nurse practitioner in nephrology and wellness. Aesthetics enthralls her. Sharee is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the Louisiana Association of Nurse Practitioners, and she was named a Global Leader in Healthcare in 2015. She enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, family, and three boxers in her spare time.
Penny Bergeron

Penny Bergeron is a Registered Nurse at Saintly Skin. After graduating with an associate degree from Charity Nursing School, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington. Penny has over 26 years of experience and has spent most of her career in cardiovascular nursing, where she obtained additional cardiovascular nursing certification from the ANCC, American Nurses Credentialing Center. Penny also has experience with outpatient surgery and recovery. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with her husband, spending time with her family, and spoiling her four-legged fur baby.
Dr. Susan Julius, MD
DABPM, DABFM, FASAm, CMRO
Susan Julius, MD, ABAM, ABFM, AAMRO, is a clinician, speaker, and educator. She is board certified in Family and Addiction Medicine, Physical Therapy, and Urine Drug Testing Analysis. Dr. Julius studied Physical Therapy at Cleveland State University before attending Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. She completed a Family Practice residency at Ochsner Foundation Hospital in Jefferson, Louisiana, after two years of training in General Surgery at Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Dr. Julius has been featured on NBC News, Fox News, Baton Rouge Business Report, and the New Orleans Happy Hour Podcast as an expert consultant and keynote speaker for American Addiction Centers. She is a member of the American Association of Medical Review Officers, the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American Medical Association, and the American Society of Addiction Medicine. She lives in New Orleans with her husband and three dogs, where she enjoys swimming, gardening, and running her vacation rental.

Shontell Prestenbach has over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry. With her strong background in communications studies, she is the ideal person to serve as the client’s first point of contact. She is passionate about skincare and is always willing to explain and teach about Saintly Skin’s various offerings.
