We draw a small sample, spin it in a centrifuge to isolate the platelet-rich plasma layer, and inject that growth-factor-rich serum into the delicate skin under your eyes. Polydioxanone (PDO) is a synthetic absorbable surgical suture that has been used safely in cardiothoracic and general surgery for decades.
